Aguas frescas are a traditional Mexican drink made from fresh fruit, filtered water and organic cane sugar. This year we are also offering our delicious avocado salsa, Pico de gallo, Bean Dip, Onion Dip, prepared chorizo and a chorizo spice blend so that you can make your own homemade chorizo to fit all your dietary needs. Our drinks are all vegan, gluten-free, preservative free, additive free, dye free and made with love. Some Dips are vegan and others vegetarian and also handmade in small batches and also made with love. Prepared Chorizo is made in small batches and made from my grandfather’s recipe and local farm meats.

Folk Eats serves distinct stews from regions all over the country – 2 staples that return every week and 2 rotating, seasonal stews.
We’ve also created “Stew-Boys”: sandwiches with the simmering meats from our stews; “Sliders”: bite sized stew-boys; and “Flights”: a sampling of all of our delicious, wholesome stews. Our recipes are inspired by the wire bound community cookbooks and the handwritten index cards sitting on your grandparents shelves. Let’s feed the people.
