Palisade Orchard since 1972 all these years we’ve planted with diversity in mind. We now have dozens of varieties of peaches, pluots, apricots, plums and much more!

I also grow gourmet mushrooms. I grow 4 types of oysters and Lion’s mane mushrooms, I grow reishi as well, but I mainly grow that to turn into powders. I also make a mushroom drink powder called Mushroom Brew.

Icelandic Lamb meat. Grass fed, finished on port wine for 45 days, USDA processed. We have ground lamb, loin chops, shoulder chops, rib chops and stew meat.

The paper is made by local villagers; their process is Fair Trade, eco-friendly and sustainable. This paper has wildflower seeds embedded inside, and can be planted to grow wildflowers! The designs on the cover of the cards are from my original, hand drawn watercolors and sketches.

Crackers are made in a commercial space, and the baked goods are made in our cottage bakery, home kitchen.

Prepared Chorizo is made in small batches and made from my grandfather’s recipe and local farm meats.

Redonkeylous Shave Ice is a mobile shave ice stand serving up outrageously tasty, Hawaiian-style treats wherever the fun is happening! Run by 16-year-old Blake Banks, we specialize in light, fluffy shave ice in a variety of flavors. Whether we’re rolling up to a local event, party, or just a sunny day hangout, our goal is to keep things cool, delicious, and totally Redonkeylous!

Our homemade, Spanish-origin churros are made fresh as they are ordered, then rolled in cinnamon and sugar or hot cocoa, resulting in a treat that is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
